Please Allow 2/3 business days to package and ship order (after processing time noted in description of item).  Tracking numbers are sent via email once completed, please make sure to submit your correct email address and shipment address. if shipping address is incorrect you will have to repay for the shipping fee if package is returned.

Please be aware that each item has a different processing time. please check on each descriptions of items and it will further guide you with an approximate time frame. Unfortunately I'm no longer doing rush orders if not paid for express service fee (this link will direct you to expedited service fee https://www.jorden-dime.com/product-page/expedited-processing-time ). Most items Take approximately 4/10 weeks to hand make, if added expedited service fee it will cut processing down to 2/3 weeks.

Once Usps is in possession of package(s) they're responsible for any missing/lost, stolen, late and any damage packages. If any of these issues do occur please contact your local shipping facility for further assistance.
