Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days $20

Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Day $50

Overnight shipping 1 Day (guarantee next day delivery) $150

 

please be aware that each item has a different processing time. please check on each descriptions of items and it will further guide you how long your package will take to be received. We are no longer doing rush orders if not paid for express service fee and express shipping fee as well. All items/orders are handmade by one person only.

International Shipping 

Standard Shipping: 10-20 Business Days $26

Priority Shipping: 6-10 Business Days $70

Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days $110

DELAYS

Orders Might be delayed due to high demand on orders.

Please be mindful everything is hand made by one person. which is cause for delays on orders.

TRACKING NUMBERS

All Tracking numbers are sent via email through Stamps.com sasha diaz and from website as well. 

give 8-10 business days to receive your tracking number if ordered standard (after Processing time of item ordered; which can be seen on each description)

give 4-5 business days to receive tracking number if ordered priority. 

(after Processing time of item ordered; which can be seen on each description)

Give 2-3 business days to receive tracking number if ordered express.

Returns

How to Return

 

No Returns are permitted. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. 

 

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our address written on package within 5 days from the Recieved package date. If it is not within 7 Days from ship date we will not allow the exchange and will ship you back the same product(s). NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

 

 In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) through Email along with attached photo of damage or incorrect item (s). Upon receipt of your return, We will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange in Email. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. 

  • If product is in good condition returns cannot be made in exchange for another product. 

  • Item must not be worn. if so we will ship back same worn product in same condition it was sent to us.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping cost, we do not refund shipping cost to send back.

  • please do not send back item(s) if not told or discussed with us first.

  • NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES AND NO CANCELLATIONS!
